Anna Hill is the Founder and CEO of River Cycleway Europe (RCE), an award-winning design innovation company established in Dublin, Ireland pursuing the positive disruption of urban transport sectors across Europe.

With experience spanning over two decades in the international space, design-engineering, creative, and education industries, Hill has established herself as a bold thought-leader, innovator and creative strategist in sustainable and user-centered design and technology products and services. Her commitment to the social, humanitarian and environmental vision of the company has been a key motivator for propelling this purpose led high potential company forward.

Alan is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland (CEng FIEI). He is a Fellow of Trinity College Dublin (FTCD). He has extensive international experience in risk and resilience analysis of critical infrastructure, asset lifecycle performance optimisation and probabilistic safety assessment. For the past 20 years his work has focused on: risk and resilience analysis of critical infrastructure elements and networks, infrastructural asset management and optimised whole life management, cross asset maintenance optimisation, structural health monitoring, stochastic modelling of engineering systems, engineering for extremes, advanced assessment of structures and structural reliability analysis. He has authored over 200 peer-reviewed academic papers in these areas and has delivered Keynote Addresses at international conferences in Europe, the United States and Australia.
